    Elite Fabrics is an online business in the retail  industry that provides wool, blinds,curtaining, fabrics and haberdashery products.
  1. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 to 5 business days and delivery confirmed by way of invoice and courier details.
  1. Export restriction
    The online offering is available for distribution in South Africa, Botswana and neighbouring countries only.For any sales outside of South Africa, please contact our office directly at elitefabrics1@gmail.com
  2. Return and Refunds policy
    Only items that are received damaged or broken, will be eligible for a refund or a replacement. You need to notify us in writing , via email (elitefabrics1@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receipt of your item.If the item received does not match the order placed, please contact us to facilitate an exchange. You need to notify us in writing , via email (info@elitefabrics.co.za) within 24 hours of receipt of your item.If we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not take responsibility for any damaged or incorrect items received.   1. Customer details separate from card details
    Customer details will be stored by Elite Fabrics separately from card details which are entered by    the client on Peach Payments secure site. For more detail on Peach Payments refer to www.peachpayments.com
  1. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  1. Responsibility
    Elite Fabrics takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
